LABOFWEB Technologies Pvt. Ltd. respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of data processed by our applications, including data received through Meta platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp).
Option 1: Businesses using our application
If your business has connected its WhatsApp Business Account to a LABOFWEB application:
- Email info@labofweb.com with the subject Data Deletion Request and include:
- Your business name
- The WhatsApp Business phone number
- Your registered email address
If your application provides a WhatsApp disconnect option, please use it as well. We will delete all related data (account details, messages, contacts and templates stored by us) within 30 days and confirm by email.
Option 2: Removing our app from your Facebook account
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Open Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations)
- Find the LABOFWEB app and click Remove
- Email info@labofweb.com to confirm full deletion of any data we hold
Option 3: Individuals (end-users)
If you have messaged a business that uses our services and want your data deleted:
- Contact that business directly, or
- Email info@labofweb.com with the subject Data Deletion Request, including your phone number and the name of the business you interacted with
We will coordinate with the business and delete your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Account and profile information
- WhatsApp messages and media stored on our servers
- Contact details
- Access tokens and integration settings
Data that we must legally keep (for example, billing records) will be retained only for the period the law requires and then deleted.
