RightFit Physio is a physiotherapy practice with multiple therapists offering manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, and specialized treatment programs. They were managing appointments on a paper diary, encounter notes in Word documents, and bills in a spreadsheet — a disconnected workflow that slowed down both care and collections.
The Problem
Therapists were double-booked, encounter notes were handwritten or typed in separate documents that never made it to the bill, and patients often had to remind staff what therapies they had received. Revenue leakage was common — therapy sessions went unbilled and appointment fees were forgotten.
