The Client
Safety Lab International provides safety training and certification services to industrial workforces across the UAE. Their training programs span multiple compliance standards — requiring a unified platform to manage courses, batches, exams, certifications, CRM, and student onboarding at scale.
The Problem
Safety Lab was managing training delivery, batch scheduling, exam coordination, certification renewals, and customer relationships through a patchwork of spreadsheets, PDFs, and manual tools. As their client base and student volume grew, the administrative overhead became unsustainable — and the risk of missed certifications, mismanaged batches, and lost sales opportunities grew with it.
What We Built
A complete custom ERP platform built on Frappe/ERPNext — combining an LMS, CRM, examination system, batch management, and AI-powered onboarding into a single, unified system tailored for compliance-heavy safety training.
Learning Management System
Upload, schedule, and deliver training content with support for live and self-paced formats. Instructors manage course material from a single dashboard.
Batch Management
Create, schedule, and manage training batches with automated student assignments, attendance tracking, and course-batch-job linking.
Online Assessment Platform (OAP)
Conduct multiple types of exams — MCQ, descriptive, practical — with support for cloning exams, setting time limits, and auto-grading.
Secure Offline Exam System
Run offline exams through an encrypted desktop PPT app — secure delivery without internet dependency for remote training centers.
Certificate Management
Auto-generate certificates on course completion. Students can view and download their certificates directly from their portal.
ID Card Generation
Auto-generate student ID cards with photo, course details, and batch info — ready for print or digital distribution.
CRM & Customer Management
Track leads, manage customer relationships, generate quotations and sales invoices, and monitor sales targets with incentive tracking.
User-Based Dashboards
Role-specific dashboards for admins, instructors, sales staff, and clients — each seeing exactly the data they need.
Bulk Student Onboarding
Add 1000+ students at once via bulk import. AI-powered Emirates ID scanning auto-fills student details — eliminating manual data entry.
Course-Batch-Job Management
When a company sends employees for training, each quotation is grouped into a "Job." Employees are assigned to different courses and batches within that job — letting Safety Lab manage multi-course training engagements per client in one place.
