The Client
SPEF is a services company that manages multiple client projects simultaneously. They needed a lightweight internal tool to track projects, manage client relationships, and monitor job status — without the overhead of a full ERP system.
The Problem
Project tracking was done across spreadsheets and email threads. There was no single place to see which projects were active, what their status was, or which clients needed follow-up. Team members had to ask around to find out what was happening on any given project.
What We Built
A custom Frappe app built from scratch — project management, client tracking, and status monitoring in a clean, purpose-built tool. Not a workaround on top of ERPNext, but a standalone Frappe app designed exactly for their workflow.
